Referral Program Policy
1. Program Overview
The Refer-a-Friend Program (“Program”) allows individuals (“Referrers”) to earn a £250 commission for each eligible referral that results in a new customer signing up and completing a paid engagement with our company (“Company”). This Program is designed to reward our advocates who help us grow by introducing our services to friends, colleagues, and professional contacts.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Referrers
- Must be aged 18 or older.
- Can be a past or current customer, partner, or member of the public.
- Do not need to have made a purchase to be eligible.
- Cannot refer themselves or operate under false identities.
2.2 Referrals
- Must be new leads (not previously in our database or known to the Company).
- Must be introduced via our Referral Form.
- Must not be an existing or returning customer under a different name or business entity.
Referral Submission Process
Referrers must complete the official Referral Submission Form provided on our website. Required information includes:
- The Referrer’s full name and contact email.
- The Referral’s full name and email.
- (Optional) A personal message or context for the introduction.
Multiple referrals may be submitted, but each referral must be submitted separately.
4. Reward Criteria
Referrers will receive a ÂŁ250 commission for each referral that meets the following conditions:
- The referred lead becomes a paying customer of the Company.
- The referred customer completes their first paid transaction or signed project.
- The referral was submitted prior to the customer signing up.
- The referral is manually verified and accepted by our team.
5. Reward Payment
5.1 Payment Method
Referrers may receive their reward via:
- Bank Transfer (preferred)
- PayPal
- Store credit or other agreed-upon methods (by prior arrangement)
5.2 Payment Timing
Reward payments will be issued:
- Within 30 days after the referred client’s first payment is confirmed.
- After completing a brief verification check.
6. Tracking and Attribution
Since this program operates in a lead-based environment:
- Referrals are manually tracked via internal CRM tagging and referral data.
- Referrer identity is recorded at submission and cross-verified at the point of conversion.
- In case of duplicate referrals, the reward will be given to the first person who submitted the referral via the official form.
7. Program Limitations
- There is no cap on the number of referrals or total commissions a Referrer may earn.
- The Company reserves the right to reject duplicate, incomplete, fraudulent, or suspicious submissions.
- Referral rewards are not eligible if the referral was already a lead, customer, or business contact in the Company’s CRM.
8. Privacy and Data Protection (GDPR)
We are committed to upholding the highest standards of data protection.
8.1 Referrer Responsibility
- Referrers must only provide contact details for individuals with whom they have a personal or professional relationship.
- Referrers are responsible for ensuring they have consent to share their friend’s contact details.
8.2 Company Responsibility
- All referral data is processed in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
- Referral leads will receive one-time communication introducing our services, with the option to opt out immediately.
- No referral data will be sold or used for unrelated marketing purposes.

9. Fair Use and Abuse Prevention
To maintain fairness and integrity:
- The Company reserves the right to audit all referrals.
- Abuse, misrepresentation, or spam tactics (e.g. mass submissions, scraping, impersonation) will result in disqualification and possible account suspension.
- Referrers attempting to refer themselves or submit false details will be permanently banned from the Program.
10. Disputes and Exceptions
- All decisions regarding referral qualification and commission eligibility are made at the sole discretion of the Company.
- Any disputes or questions should be submitted in writing via our Contact Us page.
- In rare circumstances, exceptions may be granted where deemed appropriate and fair.
11. Changes to This Policy
The Company reserves the right to:
- Modify, pause, or terminate the Referral Program at any time.
- Adjust commission values, payment conditions, or form requirements with 7 days’ notice.
- Notify all active Referrers via email and/or via the Referral Program webpage.
